Winchester

The MLT runs through Winchester via the Tri-Community Greenway, along with a spur that connects to Horn Pond in Woburn. It is via the Tri-Community Greenway and its connection to the Mystic River Greenway that the MLT reaches Boston.

Winchester has direct access to the 2,575-acre Middlesex Fells Reservation. Another local hike is at the 120-acre Whipple Hill Conservation area which can be accessed from the historic Wright-Locke Farm.
